Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between your organization and Technical Ventures & Management LLP (“we”), which operates BrandXen. By creating an account or using BrandXen you accept them on behalf of your organization.
The service
BrandXen provides customer-relationship management and advertising tools. Features that rely on other platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Razorpay, AI providers) work within those platforms’ own terms, which you also accept when you connect them.
Accounts
- Give accurate details and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity under your organization’s accounts.
- Agencies that manage client organizations confirm they have each client’s authority to do so.
Plans, trials and payment
- New organizations get a 14-day free trial. When a trial or paid period ends unpaid, the organization becomes read-only until a plan is chosen; your data stays available to view and export.
- Prices are shown in rupees before GST; GST is added at the applicable rate and a tax invoice is issued for every payment.
- Paid plans renew for the period chosen until cancelled. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are not refunded except where law requires.
- Advertising spend is paid by you directly to the ad platforms and is never billed by us.
Your data
Your organization owns the data it puts into BrandXen and is responsible for having the right to collect and use it, including consent for contacting people. We process it to provide the service as described in our privacy policy. You can export it at any time.
Acceptable use
- No unlawful, deceptive or harassing content or campaigns, and no spam.
- No attempt to break security, access other organizations’ data, or overload the service.
- Follow the advertising policies of each platform you publish to.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules, after notice where practical.
Availability and changes
We work to keep BrandXen available and secure but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. We may improve or change features; we will give notice before removing a feature you pay for.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for results of advertising campaigns, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using BrandXen and close your account at any time. We delete account data as described in the data deletion page.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, have jurisdiction.
